2010 F2C Team Selection

The 2010 F2C Team Selection program has been changed SIGNIFICANTLY fromis essentially the same as the previous yearscycle. Please grab a copy from the link below and look it over thoroughly.

Note: Date and place for the F2C Team Selection Finals will be determined in 2009.

Briefly:

  • The purpose of the Program has been expandedis to encourage/require more participation and contests throughtout the cycle.
  • Interested F2C teams will be required to post qualifying times at local contests in order to participate in the Finals.
  • Membership in the program, even if non-flying, is strongly encouraged.
  • The Program runs over a span of about 18 months starting in March of the year of the preceding World Championships. from November 1, 2007 through the Finals in the fall of 2009.
  • It will be the responsibility of interested teams to encourage/coerce local events to hold F2C and F2CN, and to get their friends to show up to provide the competition.

As the qualification process is played out, the F2C Team Selection Committee collects the results from contests that are held. Here are reports that are current of individual team efforts, contest reports, and overall standings.

Qualifying Results

In order to satisfy AMA's requirements for continued suport and funding of the F2C Team, we need to get everyone to become a "member" of the F2C Team Selection Program. It will cost you $10, but that money will be totally used to support future F2C teams to the CL World Champs. And sufficient membership will assure AMA's support. we need to maintain a high level of "membership" in the F2C Team Selection Program. To this end, NCLRA has decided that every NCLRA member will automatically be entered as a "member" of the Program. The fee for this will be taken from the dues paid for membership.

If you are not an NCLRA member, we encourage you to go ahead and join the F2C Team Selection Program. Please download this form, print it, and send it in with $10.
